We deliver using Australia Post Express registered sign on delivery, insured post, to ensure that all parcels can be tracked and delivered safely and as quickly as possible. A tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel has been posted.

You may be required to provide your ID and signature upon collection. Parcels can be posted to your home or work address. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address to avoid any delay. If no one is available to sign for your parcel, a card will be left on your door step or in your letter box for you to collect at your nearest Australia Post Office/Depot.

Delivery can take 7-10 business days for all orders placed by Monday to Friday, provided the item/s on order are in stock. Please allow 2 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Any delivery date or time specified by Colores Enterprise Pty Ltd is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

• Redirection of parcels will incur a $16.95 postage surcharge.
• Returns or exchange will not be accepted after 7 business days of your original purchase.
• We DO NOT REFUND opened or partially used/used product, so please choose carefully.
• A postage surcharge of $16.95 will incur for returned or exchanged product.
