RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If you change your mind or make a wrong decision, we will happily offer an exchange if the goods are returned in a saleable condition, unopened and unused with original packaging attached.
You will need to process the return of the item within 7 business days of date your original delivery. After this time, we are unable to exchange any orders. You must supply original sales receipt and order form.
You will need to provide your name, order number, item/s and reason for exchange to sales@colores.com.au. You are responsible for providing these details within the specified time frame. You will then be contacted via email or phone and it will be your responsibility to return the parcel to Colores Enterprise Pty Ltd.
In the event that the returned package is not received or lost in transit, Colores will not be liable if there is no insured tracking confirmation. Upon receiving and inspecting merchandise, your exchange will be processed.You will be charged the postage cost of $16.95 to exchange and repost the item.
Please note we are unable to offer a refund on opened, partially used or used product. We also observe the right to deny exchange or if the merchandise returned fails to meet our return policy requirements.
